Thatcher Projects is pleased to present an installation by Brice Brown in the gallery project room. This multi-layered work is a domestic environment gone wrong, embracing fetish as a form of decoration, immersing the viewer in a theatrically subverted environment where the wretched or banal is re-identified as precious. Works include painted and silkscreened aluminum tiles, silver casts of discarded apple-cores, cast glass and white brass rocaille, and a glass table.
